towards getting the floors refinished

Just over three years after getting the upstairs floors refinished, we've preparing to get the downstairs done. To be ready, we've had to patch the holes where the ductwork used to run

Our frankenstein patches will either delight or horrify whoever has this house after us. Either way, the old ductwork is now completely disconnected and abandoned underneath the house and the holes are patched.

We got some new pictures from part of the crawlspace that we've never crawled to. This area is a good 40 feet from the entrance of the crawlspace; I can't imagine that we'll ever get there that way. Again, no bodies discovered, still somewhat to our surprise.

think i spotted a rotted section of sill plate just under the super-toxic killer pink amazon mold there in shot #1. I'm Just Kidding!

The pink is from when our first electricians accidentally knocked over a can of paint. I'd forgotten that until I pulled the vent and was like, why is there a pink puddle uder the house?
