1104 North 20th Street

We've fallen for another house nearby, a small and wasted Victorian that sits right on the projects.

The house is quite charming- will this love at first sight bloom into another restorative affair??

If we could pick up at a ridiculous price, then of course... It seems like it may be hard to locate the owners.

Wow, this place is scary looking! Definitely needs a makeover! I didn't know Richmond had such a ghetto.

Ellen, richmond is chock full of the neglected and blighted areas, just waiting for someone to come in and make a difference.

Uhh, they are no longer called "projects." (Public Housing Developments...or perhaps just Mosby Court for short). Seems the term project has taken on a bit of a negative patriarchal connotation to those who live there.
