The house was currently an illegal rooming house, making the whole thing a little disreputable. It looked like the fire started in the basement and might have something to do with the oil heating system. Since the last update, the guys working on rebuilding the back porch have made great progress, including starting the structure for the porch roof and blocking off the remaining pigeon access point.
