appraisal adventure
We’re still in the process of arranging financing to get our porch fixed. One of the usually minor steps is getting the house appraised. The condition of our house has complicated that, though.

So we were contacted last week about being part of a tv show about people restoring houses. It turns out that this isn’t going to happen. It’s ok, we know how it is — a lot of people won’t come up this side of M Street : )

Despite initial setbacks, we found financing for our porch repair just in time!
