some numbers

Looking at the data from the 2000 Census, the draw zone for CHPN contains somewhere in the area of 10,000-12,000 people.

The boundaries of the census tracts are not perfect for this, but tracts 203, 205, 206, 207, 208, and 209 fairly closely line up with what seems to be the geographic boundaries of the site’s coverage area.
