another local voice: Historic Varina
A new local news blog, Historic Varina, has spring up in the past month. With an eye on the development going on out there, they should have plenty to report on.
The county-based hoodblogs don’t seem to have really caught on: RVA West sputtered out after 6 weeks or so and Chesterfield Daily hasn’t really gotten much traction. Varina is a unique enough community that this might really work, though.
